Simply put.... EMMA. I received my order but had not put them down as i was waiting to clean my carpets first. So I had numerous questions and she's gone above and beyond to answer in a very timely, professional and courteous manner. I volunteer and foster for an Animal Rescue and currently have to dogs at home 1and plan to recommend your products to every adopter. Thank you and much thanks to Emma.

I purchased the 6 pack of large pads and they have been great, they wash well and the laundry sheets and odor and stain eliminators work great. I have been using for about 5 weeks and have washed a dozens of times. My 2 pups were shredding the disposable pads and eating them, these pads have eliminated that altogether. Definitely recommend.

I want to return the pads as they don't work. I bought 3. Two are still in packaging and one has been stepped on by my dogs just to get across the room to my new carpet and new rug to pee. I emailed PuppyPad twice asking for a refund. I got a bit of a runaround. Now when I try to email, the mailbox is full. I want to return them and get my money back but PuppyPad isn't interested in honoring their return policy. I ordered on 7/27 and received an email from them on 8/8 asking how I liked them and to leave a review. That's when the emailing back and forth began. They said they would look into it and I didn't need to do anything else. I waited then tried to email but that's when the mailbox was full. Don't waste your money on these overpriced pee pads.

I have used the human pads, and washed them so I thought these would work better and they did.

What made my experience great was that the product lived up to the advertising hype. That doesn't always happen with online products.

Due to a computer glitch, I was going to be charged for an order even though I did not complete the process charge process after entering my CC information. As soon as I was notified of the charge via email, I emailed the company to complain. I was angry and sure it was some kind of hustle. I got an immediate response from Emma in Customer Success, who resolved my issue within 30 minutes of my original email. Emma explained what had occurred, made sure there were no charges, and was delightful to work with. So delightful, in fact, I ended up placing my originally intended order for the product. I wish every company I dealt with had an Emma.

My subscription had me overloaded with laundry sheets. I sent an email to explain the situation, and within a couple of hours, Emma figured out a perfect solution and I'm really happy!
