I wanted to follow up to see how the product is working for you. I understand the frustration when a pup refuses to take the product, if you call our customer support at 855-207-7351 we can give you a few ideas that may work for the benefit of you and your dog.
Ease of ordering and presentation of the product. I’ve tried 3 other companies products and have been disappointed

The order arrived quickly, but when I had a question about the order, the phone number in the email was incorrect. They need to make the changes to put in their correct phone number. Just started using the product, so no comments on that yet.

After ordering only one bottle, and paying for it , the second ad to purchase more bottles is to long, hate to wait, wait, ended up buying additional bottles not in my budget, if u backspace to off the site,, u get double billed, ..that is bad business.

The person I talked to at pup labs discussed my pit bull problems with her skin and itching and she thinks this spray will work so I'm giving it a try
