I can tell a difference in my 11 year old Chihuahua, when she jumps off the couch if l can’t catch her. I do have my first complaint tho. I reviewed my order today not in a box but an envelope and one of the bottles the lid is broken off and medicine all over. Do l am out a bottle for her. So if you can tell me how to get money back for this l would appreciate it. I will have a picture available if you need to see it. Thank you !’n

It's hard to brush our dogs teeth, it's also tough just getting a look to see how they are coming along - but I finally got a good look at her teeth a few days ago, and there's still a bit of tarter on them, but they are much better since using the dental powder. So I think it's working. We've given it to her every day for the past 2 -3 months, and it's made a difference.

So, our Maltese has had toxic breath since he was a puppy. This enhancement to his food helps make his breath much much more pleasant. His brother gets it on his food as well. We’re very happy to date!

Appreciated the text and discounts offered and free shipping. If not for the discounts, I would not be purchasing any products. The regular prices are pretty steep and especially if the recommended dosage is 2x daily.

My 11 year old has hip dysplasia and was getting monthly shots , she had radical emotional issues. She was barking and getting a bad attitude. I switched her to liquid Freedom, but it made her vomit, switched to chewable. Now her bad behavior has stopped, she walks without problems. She also uses the dental powder cleaner, she had bad itching and licking of her paws and I started K9 Belly Bliss. And her and her 10 year old sister who is now taking the liquid Freedom, and the K9 Belly Bliss are both very happy old girl babies. Thank you

That’s such a heartwarming update! 🐾💛 It sounds like your 11‑year‑old has truly turned a corner—walking without problems, calmer behavior, and no more emotional distress is a huge win. Switching from liquid to chewable clearly made a difference, and it’s wonderful that her sister is also thriving with Freedom and Belly Bliss. ✨ The combination of joint support, dental care, and digestive health is giving both of your “happy old girl babies” the comfort they deserve. 🌟🐶💙 Thank you for sharing their journey—it’s inspiring to see how much love and care you’ve given them, and how well they’re responding. We are always here to assist you for your future inquiry💙 Pup Labs Customer Concierge

The first customer support person I talked to today could not help me due to your “policies” (trying to replace recently received order that was suspect). She then gave me directions that only apply to computer use, not smart phones. The second agent worked hard to resolve successfully the issue. Suggestion: Have a computer system that all parts of your company can access to gather customer information from (recent orders, correspondence, etc.), instead of “recreating the wheel” on each call!

Thank you for sharing such detailed feedback, John! 🐾💛 We are glad the our agent worked hard to resolve your issue successfully 🙌, but we completely understand how frustrating it must have been to feel blocked by policies and receive directions that didn’t match your device 📱💻. Your suggestion about having a unified system for customer information is excellent 💡✨. A centralized view of recent orders, correspondence, and account details would definitely help avoid “recreating the wheel” on each call 🔄📋. We truly appreciate your patience and the time you took to share this—it helps us improve and provide smoother support for pet parents like you 🐶🌟. Pup Labs Customer Concierge
