Asher is an excellent representative of your company. He was very pleasant while working to resolve my issue. As a first time patron/buyer of your K9Bliss, the only item I ordered, I was also charged for the Smoothe! Presently I can only afford the Bliss on my retirement income. He graciously removed the second charge and welcome and reminded me that I can always place future products he recommend for my dogs care. My name is Kim and I am single mother for 2 kids and we have a male black lab who is 50lbs. We have moved around lot in a short time with various types of other animals around. Our dog has been biting his paws and tail like crazy and well as stomach problems and one ear issue. I didn’t want to take him to a vet due to all the chaos currently happening. I saw PupLabs on Snapchat for a few weeks and honestly didn’t think much about it for the first week until one evening when it was just me and the dog and I had time to watch a couple of different videos about the company, the research behind it and the products. The first thing I purchased was the Probiotic Chew for healthy gut & digestive function. Within 2 days my dogs bowel movements went back to normal and he had problems for almost one month before the chews came. I was instantly happy. The second order which was only a week later, I ordered the K9 Soothe bottles and the K9 EarClear bottles. I put the order in on a Sunday evening when the normal hours were not open so I left an email letting them know that I messed up my order and I would appreciate if they didn’t sent one out of the 3 orders I made with item number and the amount. I also asked if not only they could take that item off but if they would put the money back onto the card I used. To my surprise I spoke with a lady named Eric, I also emailed with customer service to let me know that the money would be returned to my card, which it was on the same day I received the package. When I opened the box I noticed that the product that I had requested to not be sent was in there. I called the customer service to speak with someone so I could return the item. I spoke with Nicole, who was a lovely person to speak with. She was very nice and understanding and took her time to explain what happened and she even listened to my personal experience with the productions and my dog/situation that the family dog as well as the family had been going through. I did let her know that the products I have just stated using on my dog Bow which is a 50lb black lab had already started giving him relief and that I love PupLab! The customer service, especially Nicole, is just as good as the products. I will absolutely come back to PupLab for futuredog issues and I would recommend them to anyone that loves their animal like family!
