We were first introduced toPublic goods products at a vacation rental. We loved the products so much that we decided to try some of the bath products. Since then we have tried almost all the products and have switched to Public goods for most of our household needs.

i asked for my subscription to be cancelled. I was offered a discount on a future purchase or the cancellation; i asked for the cancellation and got it. It was immediate, polite, and being given a choice was nice.

Not only do they have great products that are worth the price but the customer service is very understanding and knowledgeable! A charge was made on my account that I didn't make or approve and even though Public Goods doesn't have a phone service they were able to explain the charge and correct it all through email. They responded quickly and kept it professional throughout! I've never had a bad experience with Public Goods!

We are struggling right now and I forgot I had my public goods membership payment coming up. I asked to cancel and not only did they cancel, they gave me a refund with out my even asking. It's a small blessing that meant a lot. I'm incredibly impressed with the company and its people. The products are amazing but so are the people. Thank you! We will be back!

They don’t tell you they’re going to charge you $79 a year for a “membership”! Scam alert! I’m trying to get my $79 bucks back. Let’s see what happens! Update, I was notified they will refund me the membership that they surreptitiously charged me for! Buyer beware!

Nice customer service. Also like the eco friendly dishwasher safe non-plastic cutting boards I got. Will consider them when I’m in the market for other products
