Customer service was fine — friendly and to the point. Not immediate, but within the time frame relayed by company upon inquiry. I was just disappointed that that I couldn’t get the “free” pumps sent to me free, after having made (what to me seems like) a very large (paid) order.

My order had gotten damaged in transit and sent back to Public Goods. I sent a message and the next day (Saturday) I received a reply stating that it would be taken care of. Sunday I received an email stating my order was in its way. I did not expect to hear anything until today (Monday). It was amazing how quickly everything was taken care of.
