I was charged in multiple years for a "membership" that I never signed up for. I only noticed it this year, and they refunded that, but refused to refund the prior year.

Prompt. Offered refund. But didn’t address the fact I wasn’t alerted if upcoming subscription shipment. Help a girl out! Send me a notice before it’s shipped.

She answered multiple emails within a very short period of time. I actually received one response in minutes. Thsat is awesome customer service.
