Great price. Quick updates. But as of this writing, I have yet to receive my item. Even though product is being sent from within the same state as I! Will wait one more day, then will request refund. Not a great first experience. Disappointed.

One star for ordering and shipping, five stars for customer service after the fact. I ordered an item through Amazon but was denied the only two shipping methods available. I called the company and ordered the item on the phone, verifying price , item description, availability, etc. I received a different item. When I called for a correction, I was advised they never carried the item but would give me a full refund. Meanwhile I checked the website and could not find any like item or even the category! I see since then Amazon has changed vendors for this item and all others in the brand name. Good for PB customer service, bad for Amazon - I am still trying to find the item somewhere.

The finish in my bread box is horrible. I am not happy with it at all. I am looking to return it.

This item was out of stock and it took a week to get notified. Ordered it from somewhere else only to find out in two days it's was out of stock and it was to be shipped from same place as this. Would help if it was marked out of stock before I went to the trouble to order it.

I was quite excited when I received my package at the door. I has just broken my phone prior to getting a otterbox and was very excited to put the case on to prevent it from happening again. After I had opened the box though after opting for the more expensive package I was surprised to see it looked less than "brand-new". The package seemed to be beat a little bit and the box it came in was obviously opened already. I also realized small pieces of white paint on the inside of the plastic screen saver which made it look as if I had purchased a defect. I was still overall satisfied with the product as it did come in fairly decent condition and the product is entirely functional. I just wish the box it came in was untouched and it had properly examined prior to shipping for the paint on it.

I received an order confirmation, which I responded to with a question...I received an automated out of office reply and there was no follow up on my question. This is not exactly what I was expecting, so my overall rating speaks for itself.
