It all started with a Prune Danish.Two men from two different worlds, yet, the Prune Danish is what Mendel and Kyle had in common. Kyle was a veteran businessman with a thick rolodex and even thicker Brooklyn accent. And Mendel? Well, he was a 23-year-old computer geek who was making fast money as one of the earliest online sellers on eBay.It was a hot summer day in New York and Kaplan's Bakery on 2nd Avenue only had one Prune Danish left. Mendel and Kyle got into it. The two chatted and Mendel proposed he come down to Kyle's warehouse and move some goods on this new thing called the "Internet."Kyle still won't use a computer. Kyle simply knows the right people and can get crazy deals. I ordered a set of 4 dinner bowls on 7/17/20. They shipped on 7/20/20 using USPS and arrived on 7/31/20. One of the 4 bowls was broken completely in two. I immediately emailed them and have heard nothing as of 8/10/20. Hopefully I will hear back from them soon.

Very disappointing experience. Purchased a pen that showed in stock and two days later received an email saying they didn’t have it. Not sure why it took so long to determine they had no more inventory or why they didn’t disclose that prior to me buying it. Still waiting for my Refund to process, almost a week later. Also, not very happy with the borage of emails ive started to receive since making the purchase. I got one this morning that said “thank you for your recent purchase”. Well no, I didn’t end up making a purchase, you were out of the product I intended to buy!

Was told my product shipped & was provided shipping information then was told that the product was not in stock and the order cancelled.

Regardless of the fact that the item was shipped from a location less than 450 miles from my location, it took well over a week to arrive. I could have walked there faster. I will spend the extra $.35 (which was the difference between PruneDanish and others) and get my product faster. 2 stars only because there was no malicious intent or I'd go with 1 star.

Bought something, it was the wrong thing. Left message on web site Friday about the problem. It's now Thursday and still no response
