Great company to work with. I am an Electrical Contractor and I know how difficult it is to be associated with professional service company's.

I can count with the fingers of one hand the few companies that treat their customers with courtesy and respect. Protection 1 is at the top of this list. My only concern is wait time. Getting put on hold (if heaven forbid) a true emergency were to arise, it would NOT be comforting.

The sales agent was great when i first made contact to set up the service. Unfortunatley i had to buy my system because I didn't qualify due to my credit, which was okay except for the fact installing it myself was the worst nightmare i had ever experienced. It seems simple and they say it's simple but it was everything but simple. Some of the alarms wasn't picking up and the doors just would not pick up. I spent 2 1/2 hours on the phone and because I paid over $300 & not approved by my credit no service technician could come out to my house to install, which I felt was a disservice to me because I still paid for the unit & I pay the monthly fee. Once we got the system working on all the doors & windows it's been working fine. Another down side is the system doesn't take regular pictures by the motion system on a certain number a month which was not explained to me at the time of purchase. My overall experience is fair. The technician that helped me install the system was GREAT also. So I give you all 4 stars in customer service technicians service

Customer service and customer rep did just fine. However your app for IoS devices does not work properly. Also I had requested for a yard sign. I never received it..

Alex did a great Job, arrived on time Alex goes to extra effort to get things done and does a great job for the company.

Protection One has always provided me with conscientious and super service.

I spoke with someone the other day who also feels secure. Whenever I leave my home I feel confident it is in good hands. I had someone come in and i received immediate notification. Control via my phone makes everything convenient.
