Thank you for sharing your feedback. We're sorry to hear the product didn't meet your expectations. While the jar may not appear completely full, each container is filled by weight, not by volume. Every jar contains over 4 ounces of product and provides 30 full servings. We also include a measuring scoop to ensure you're getting the correct amount with each serving. We understand that the amount of empty space in the container can be surprising, but it's necessary to accommodate the powder and protect the product during shipping. As for the results, many dietary supplements require consistent daily use over time, and individual experiences can vary. We appreciate you giving our product a try and truly value your honest feedback.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We're genuinely sorry to hear that you didn't see the outcome you were hoping for. We understand how frustrating it must be to see your PSA level increase and learn that your prostate has enlarged despite your efforts. ProstaVive is a dietary supplement intended to support prostate health, but it is NOT a medication and should NOT be considered a replacement for medical evaluation or treatment. Individual responses to supplements can vary significantly. Given the changes in your PSA level and prostate size, we encourage you to continue working closely with your healthcare provider to determine the most appropriate next steps for your specific situation. Your satisfaction is important to us. If you feel ProstaVive did not meet your expectations, please contact our customer support team. The product is backed by our 180-day money-back guarantee, and we'll be happy to assist you with the return process in accordance with our policy. We appreciate your honest feedback and wish you the very best with your continued care.
