From initial contact to final loan approval, the team at Prospect Mortgage were on top of things. Professional with a human touch that made this first-time homebuyer feel like their only client. I couldn't have asked for a better or easier experience.

The only reason I didn't give Prospect 5 stars is because of frustration with the electronic application and uploads. Loan Officer, Doug Huston, was terrific. Closing was painless and we're very pleased with the outcome. I would happily recommend Doug and Prospect to anyone buying or refinancing. As a Loan Officer myself, I always met with my customers in person--if not at application, then at closing. I've used Doug twice and have never met him. Just makes it a little too impersonal, but that's my preference.

I highly recommend Prospect. Don't fall into the trap of some unknown mortgage company offering you a "too good of a rate" deal as many times they have no clue what they are doing, and ended up wasting your time - Yes, personal mistake and will never make it again. Jeanne from Prospect was able to help me and I got my refinance done with ease and record time. Highly recommend!! Thanks again, Jeanne and Team!

Christian Emmel did a fantastic job explaining the new TRID information to a new buyer, Military client. Explained everything all the way through closing. All smiles as we left the table!!! Thank you Christian, John Ryan RE/MAX at Home Columbus, NJ

When we needed a mortgage company and someone to help us through the loan process Nick Long was there for us and worked for us to make our experience as pain free as possible. He returned our phone calls promptly no matter what time and he answered our questions in a timely manner. He worked very hard to make sure we were able to close and have the house that we truly wanted. Thanks Nick for your dedication.

Vince Petrolle and Jennifer Altman were terrific to work with. They both were quick with their replies to me and always kept me updated with the status of the loan. They were extremely helpful in all areas. The both exhibited a positive attitude throughout the entire process. I couldn't have asked for a better team and would highly recommend their services.
