The response and customer service of the loan officer and his staff was second to none! Great experience!!! Would highly recommend Prospect...I have both of my mortgages with them!

Richard and his team in Winter Park, FL are simply the best at making it happen! I have won multiple offer situations thanks to his expertise and willingness to close in record time. Also Nick and Cooper are excellent at obtaining 203k loans and walking you through the complicated process. Maria is fabulous at helping my Spanish speakers with the complex process of buying a home. I highly recommend them!!!

At the time of closing the revised numbers for my payoff was ignored, thus my supposed to be refund will come in after 30 days. Also my debit card was debited by over $14.00 which I did not authorize. Also as a employee I was charged $3,725 for points, where is the employee discount?
