Homebridge (formerly Prospect)Reviews of prospectmortgagedirect.com

Vanessa was amazeballs. Seriously. She made this process as painless as it could be. She was fast and supportive and smart and always updated us in a nearly prescient manner. We loved working with her. She gets all the stars.

Our experience with Prospect Mortgage was a pleasant one! Our loan officer Kristyn Kamber was most attentive to our needs and explained everthing to our understanding. From day one till the very end, she was in contact with us answering questions at anytime of the day! Even after our home closed, I felt 100% confident calling her for any questions. She has gone above and beyond our expectation. I will definitely use her in the future and recommend her to anyone looking for the very best, most professional loan officer. Kristyn, thank you for all you have done for the Alarcon family! We will forever be grateful!

I have had the most pleasant experience here at Prospect. Karen, and Angelina have been wonderful along my process. This has been the second time I returned for business and both times have been the best experience overall. I was explained clearly of all options , and given the best choice for my needs. I have always given my referrals to prospect! Thank you again for making this a piece of cake!

Terrific service ethic from all of your staff. They were professional, well versed in the lending guidelines and made the purchase of our home smooth and on time. The Prospect time to process start to close was just inside 30 days. We had a loan commitment from Quicken but they switched the terms at commitment, I wasn't happy about that and turned to a competitive solution from Prospect. I made the right decision in doing so. Thank you for the great rate and terrific service. granny

Working with Art and the people at Prospect was awesome. They helped us through the whole process of getting a mortgage.

Thanks to Jane, I have a very smooth closing of my first home purchase. She is very trustworthy and professional. I've enjoyed working with her and satisfied the great service she and her team delivered to me. I really appreciate her help on my mortgage and definitely recommend her.

Derek and everyone at Prospect Mortgage was patient with us, answering all of our questions. Really making sure we understood every step in the process. He helped make our transition from "renters" to "homebuyers" a smooth one.

David Krolikowski is very cooperative & trustworthy. He always keep us updated besides of his busy schedules. He really did an excellent job in order for us to sell our old house & to buy our dream house.
