Our loan officer was Charlene Ramirez. She answered my calls when I had questions and was always willing to explain the process of funding a loan. Her customer service was over and beyond. We will recommend Prospect Mortgage and our loan officer, Charlene Ramirez to everyone we know looking to buy their next home.

Alma Pulido made everything seem so easy! We did run into a few "snags" (nothing on her end) and she was able to assist in working through them. I believe she made the process a lot less stressful by being there to answer questions and with her quick responses. THANK YOU!

As a real estate agent, having a dependable lender is imperative to my business. Joe Manglardi has made my job easier by giving me timely pre-approvals and always following up with my clients. Scott Gilman and Alan Osowski are very professional and very knowledgeable in the real estate business; they are so kind and helpful! They serve your needs with quick and accurate real estate financing advice! With excellent customer service and communication skills they make real estate transactions pleasant and less stressful for everyone involved. They did a terrific job! They are dedicated and work fast and hard to get things done. Any Concerns/questions were promptly and always closed on TIME! SCOTT AND AL WERE THE BEST. EXCELLENT SERVICE!
