Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear about your experience, and we would like to clarify some important details. We never ship B-Stock or used items unless they are clearly labeled as such at the time of purchase. All new items are shipped factory-sealed directly from our warehouse or from the manufacturer. Regarding returns, we follow the same standard policies used across the industry: Items returned opened or not in original condition may be subject to a restocking fee Customers always receive a full refund when the product is returned in new, unused, and complete condition We never “force” a partial refund — any deductions are based on Amazon/marketplace guidelines or the condition in which the item was returned We are fully committed to being transparent and fair with every customer, and we encourage anyone with a concern to contact us directly so we can resolve it quickly and professionally. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to clarify.

Thank you for taking the time to share your concerns. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you experienced and appreciate the opportunity to clarify the situation. 1. Product malfunction / warranty review When a unit appears to have a performance issue, we are required—by both manufacturer and industry standards—to verify the problem before processing a warranty replacement. This ensures that: The correct failure is documented The manufacturer honors the replacement The customer does not experience the same issue with a new unit The information and video provided did not allow us (or the manufacturer) to confirm a hardware-related failure, and additional documentation was required as part of the warranty process. 2. Satisfaction Guarantee / Return Policy Our return policy states that items returned in like-new condition with original packaging and no signs of use are eligible for a full refund without a restocking fee. However, mixers that have been used in live shows or professional environments cannot be resold as new, and therefore fall under our used/open-box category—this is why a restocking fee was disclosed. This policy is standard among all major pro-audio retailers and aligns with manufacturer guidelines. 3. Communication / RMA Status We do not “ghost” customers. If there has been any delay in responding, we truly apologize. We receive a high volume of messages during certain periods, but every RMA request is reviewed and responded to. We are currently continuing to work on your case to reach a fair resolution. 4. Our commitment to fairness We have never refused to honor our return policy or a valid warranty claim when proper documentation is provided. Our goal is always to support the customer, follow the proper procedures, and ensure that any defective product is handled appropriately. We welcome the opportunity to resolve this matter with you directly and professionally. Please reply to the latest email thread or contact us at [email protected] so we can bring this case to a fair conclusion. Thank you for your patience, and we hope to resolve this to your satisfaction.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are sorry to hear about your experience and appreciate the opportunity to clarify what happened. 1. Product availability / stock status High-end brands like Manley Labs often have limited inventory and irregular restock cycles. In rare cases, multiple orders are placed at the same time or inventory updates from the manufacturer are delayed. When this happens, our system may temporarily show an item as “in stock” even though remaining units have already been allocated. This is what caused your order to be cancelled — not a lack of transparency or intention to mislead. We understand how frustrating this can be, and we truly apologize for the inconvenience. 2. Regarding the 20% discount The promotional discount you saw was a site-wide sale automatically applied to all accounts and did not reflect pricing specific to Manley Labs. The discount was valid at the time your order was placed. There was no intention to misrepresent pricing. 3. Business name / domain information Our website and domain are fully legitimate and operated under our registered company. Some marketplaces may abbreviate or shorten profile names for formatting purposes, but our business information is accurate and verifiable. 4. Our commitment to transparency We never intentionally display false stock status or pricing. When errors occur—due to system timing, manufacturer updates, or simultaneous purchases—we notify customers as quickly as possible and issue full refunds immediately. We value your feedback and are continually improving our inventory synchronization to avoid situations like this in the future. If you would like assistance locating the item or checking real availability with Manley Labs, our team would be happy to help.

Thank you for taking the time to share your concerns. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you experienced and appreciate the opportunity to clarify what happened. 1. Regarding the bundled mixer/speaker purchase The speakers you ordered were placed on backorder by the manufacturer shortly after your purchase. This affected several customers at the same time, and unfortunately we were not given a reliable restock date to provide you. We did not refuse a refund; however, we are required to wait for confirmation from the manufacturer before cancelling an item that is in backorder status. Once the delay was confirmed, your refund was issued in full. We understand how frustrating this was and apologize that the process took longer than expected. 2. About the recent Reverb order Shipping on Reverb depends on real-time warehouse availability and carrier pickup schedules. While most orders ship within the stated timeframe, there are rare situations where: The carrier does not pick up same-day The product requires verification or testing before shipping Inventory updates from the manufacturer cause brief delays This does not reflect an intention to mislead customers. We are constantly working to improve our synchronization across all sales channels so delays like this do not occur. 3. Our commitment to transparency and improvement We never intentionally make false promises or show incorrect availability. When delays happen, they are usually caused by manufacturer updates or logistics timing, not by a lack of honesty or effort from our team. We are also updating our systems to ensure inventory updates across our website, Reverb, Amazon, and other marketplaces occur faster and more accurately. Please reach out to us directly at [email protected] with your order number — we would be happy to prioritize your shipment or assist with an alternative solution for your event. Thank you for your feedback and for giving us the opportunity to address your concerns.
