Cade is the best in the game for short-term rental insurance. He gets great quotes AND he's way faster than any other insurance agent we've worked with. You'd be a fool to take your business anywhere else. Gotta go to Cade!!!

Taylor is amazing. From the initial quote request to booking my policy. She answered my questions in a timely manner and I look forward to working with her. Definitely will recommend :)

Bob Bradley is always there when I need help or have any questions. I’m new in the property rental business and he’s been very patient with me. I recommend working with him!

Initial request for quote was great but rep assigned did not supply policy comparison till I asked twice, got "canned" response even though actual other quote was sent. Comparision was wrong and last email resorted to "fear tactics" to try and get me to book policy. Got same for a lot less elsewhere.

I have been using Proper Insurance from all of the short-term-rental properties that I own for the past 5 years. In that time I have had 3 claims, including a recent one last month. Each time I've submitted a claim, their customer service has been outstanding. They are extremely responsive and helpful. Highly recommend.
