Selling LED bulbs that are not reliable

The replacement transformers were shipped on the next day and received on time. A good product at a reasonable price. thanks

TCP brand led bulbs, based on my experience with them and my research on the net, but they are pricey. Pro lighting offered the best price and they delivered them promptly and safely packaged.

They were very slow to ship my light. Maybe it wasn't in stock so they ordered it from the manufacturer. They should have let me know that it wasn't in stock. I needed the light delivered on a specific date. Luckily, I ordered it early enough for it to be delivered. They did send me an order confirmation but left me in the dark for a week until the light finally shipped. I'm leaning towards shopping elsewhere next time. The only problem is that it takes awhile to receive my order.

I do not bother to shop around anymore ProLighting has the best prices on the web and are always on top of my order to get it shipped ASAP, i highly recommend them and will continue to use them for future purchases.

It was a real pleasure shopping at prolighting!
