THEY HAD A HARD TO FIND ITEM, IT WAS IN STOCK, GREAT PRICING AND SHIPPED PROMPTLY. ON TOP OF THAT GOOD STUFF... I LOVE WHEN A COMPANY KEEPS ME IN THE KNOW...I KNEW WHEN MY ORDER WENT THROUGH AND WHEN IT SHIPPED, GREAT COMMUNICATION! THANK YOU FOR THE PROFESSIONAL SERVICE. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND PROLIGHTING AND WILL USE AGAIN!

Pro-light offers quality new products along with very quick service. Web ordering is simple. Cross border orders are not a hassle as with some companies.

We ordered Juno LED under cabinet light fixtures. The price was the best we found and the delivery was fast . We ordered the fixture before and really like the brightness and lack of heat.

The dimmer wall switches arrived in the original packaging together in one box. I installed two so far. They work perfectly. This was my first order from them. I would use ProLighting.com again.

The item I ordered was very competitively priced and I received it in record time. A positive experience and I would definitely recommend ProLighting.

Why should I have to wait 6 to 8 days before an item as insignificant as a dimmer switch is shipped? You have my money immediately when I place the order. Why can't you show the same quick response and ship it out within 2 or 3 days at the most like most other online suppliers? It's ridiculous, inconvenient, and annoying and I think it needs to be changed.

I ordered 6 dimmable TCP 15 Watt TruDim G25 Globe 3000K light bulbs for $62 including shipping and handling. One burnt out as soon as I installed it other bulbs seem to work and last in that socket. I don't think it's ProLighting's fault per se, but its very frustrating given the initial expense and time to deliver.

Hi Kenneth, Sorry to hear about your frustration. Unfortunately with any mass produced product - especially light bulbs - there's going to be some failure. This is why they have a warranty. I've entered a replacement order for 1 lamp at no charge. This will ship in the next couple of days. Please contact us at [email protected] in the future and we'll rectify the problem immediately. Thanks! Pro Lighting
Delievered the correct product, on time, and at an excellent price.
