Melissa is amazing! She completely reformed my resume and cover letter to help better enhance and highlight my skills sets, so that I was able to land my dream job!! Melissa is also an awesome coach. She helped me practice for difficult interviews, and gave suggestions on how to better answer questions.

Melissa is absolutely amazing at what she does! I was struggling with finding a job and fixing up my resume to be aligned with the jobs I was applying for. I didn’t know I needed a career coach until I found Melissa. She has helped me so much & worked with me one-on-one to making this process so much easier for me. Melissa organized my resume very well & we talked over my background & experience to ensure I had relevant information listed to position me to attract recruiters' attention! I worked with Melissa at Project Management Success to help me revamp my resume and LinkedIn, as a hopeful career changer from healthcare to project management. She did an amazing job with my resume and she helped me understand and express many ways in which I use project management skills in my current work. She carefully considered my professional goals and offered me concrete next steps to pursue for education/certifications, networking, and job searching. I now feel much more confident embarking on my job search. I would not hesitate to return to Melissa for interview prep in the future. I highly recommend working with Melissa to jump start your career in project management.

Very positive experience. Worked with Melissa on navigating my career in project management. I was a business analyst looking to move into a project management role. Melissa did an outstanding job with my resume and educated me on project management methodologies, my job search, and coached me through the every day struggles of my current job. She’s now helping me with my PMP application. I’d definitely recommend working with her for project management career needs.

I am currently working with Project Management Success. I’ve been trying to figure out what career path makes sense for me next and have been considering project management. I was referred to PM success by a colleague and after my first two sessions with Melissa I felt so much clearer on my next steps. She does a good job with looking at the bigger picture and helping you see your experience in a different light. I was underselling my skills and she outlined everything in my resume more clearly and made it so that my experience sounded more professional and detailed. She also gives you a lot of tips and tricks that help with job searching and interviewing. It’s good working with someone whose an actual project manager. I also like that she texts me back really quickly and works on my questions etc pretty fast. Would definitely recommend working w/ her

Melissa helped me transition from a sales role to project management. I reached out to her in December and she completely revamped my resume, then offered me step by step guidance on specific project management positions I should apply to and she coached me for my interviews and taught me a lot to make sure that I hit all of the goals I wanted. She also made sure that I was involved in networking groups and really challenged and pushed me. It was definitely a lot of work but it was so worth it. I landed a job as a Project Coordinator making my target salary and am so much happier. I’m now working with her on a way to get promoted in my company and she also coaches me on work life balance. I like working with her because she actually listens to me and it feels like she genuinely cares about my career and life. I’d recommend working with Project Management Success and will continue to work with her for my career needs.
