Melissa’s Project Management Success program was truly everything I needed to not only prepare for, but pass the PMP exam with confidence—despite having no prior project management experience. Her content is brilliantly designed: each module, deck, and resource is broken down into digestible, easy-to-follow pieces that never felt overwhelming but still delivered incredible depth. The way she structures the material makes even the most complex concepts accessible and practical. What really set Melissa apart for me was her motivational coaching style. She isn’t just an instructor—she’s your biggest cheerleader. Through her live Q&As, personalized guidance, and encouragement, I always felt like I had someone in my corner who believed in me, even on the tough days. She quite literally held my hand through every step: exam prep, job search strategy, and even building out my LinkedIn presence so I could step into the PM world with confidence. Another thing that makes her program so special is the way she individualizes the experience for every single person in her cohorts. Melissa takes the time to know her students personally, their backgrounds, and their goals. I never once felt like “just another number” in her business—she made me feel seen, valued, and supported every step of the way. Melissa’s program goes far beyond exam content—it’s a career accelerator and a support system all in one. I can honestly say I wouldn’t be where I am today without her expertise, structure, and encouragement. If you’re serious about passing the PMP and elevating your project management career, this program is hands-down the best investment you can make.

I had a wonderful experience working with Melissa and learning so much from her coaching calls. She improved my resume for the better and optimized my LinkedIn while teaching me the reasoning behind every change. She’s very thorough yet patient and welcoming. Overall she’s a professional I recommend and will most likely be working with again through my career.

Melissa was extremely easy to work with and there every step of the way! I was selected for a randomized audit and she was not only a source of information but was encouraging! I would recommend her to everyone looking for guidance along the PMP application journey.

I had the pleasure of speaking with Melissa, who provided me with great feedback and insightful guidance for my project management journey. She helped me set milestones and provided tips on how to prepare for the PMP exam, deal with imposter syndrome, and improve my resume and LinkedIn profile. It was refreshing to speak with someone who has experience in project management and I feel much more confident about pursuing it as a career.

Before joining the call, I felt confused. However, after the call concluded, I experienced a sense of clarity regarding the direction I was headed in. Melissa addressed all the questions I had sent her and provided me with valuable tips for my resume, LinkedIn profile, and even preparation for the PMP exam. The call had a significant impact, and I gained numerous valuable insights. There were so many gems of information that I was able to take away from it. This call truly bolstered my confidence in my Project Management journey.

Melissa is amazing. I started working with her while I was on maternity leave. I was in a position where I wanted more for myself and contemplating staying at home. I am so happy I scheduled a call with her. I realized quickly I can be an amazing working mom! She truly boosted my confidence from the very beginning and made me understand my worth. I’ve been following Melissa on Instagram for awhile and loved her content and how she empowers women. All the interview prep, coaching calls, homework, PM Blueprint was money well spent. Melissa was there for me every step of the way and I can never thank her enough. I was able to land a job that checked all the boxes for my must haves. So happy I took a chance and had such a great mentor. I’d recommend her any day if the week!

This is now my second time working with Melissa! She helped me land an amazing job over a year ago and now I am ready for my next step in my career growth journey so there was no doubt in my mind that Melissa was the expert I needed again. When we initally worked toegther, she revamped my resume and LinkedIn highlighting all of my transferable skills, I have always used professional resume writers but nothing comes close to Melissa's work.   Melissa's ability to reshape resumes and optimize LinkedIn profiles is unmatched. She gave me a professional story, showcasing all my transferable skills and marketing me for the next step in my career.   Her package not only provides you with a beautiful resume, but she also identifies skills you didn’t realize you had, and positions you for the role you WANT. Sometimes we forget how impactful our work is, and she helps you see that. An added bonus is that she invests so much time with you, reviewing everything and coaching you through it all. She is super responsive and kind. I can tell she truly cares about her clients. Her resume writing positioned me for the role I wanted, and I finally started getting interviews (other resume writers never gave me the results she did). She also helped boost my interview confidence by addressing imposter syndrome and helping me ace the interview. She guided me through every step, and it felt like an experienced and supportive friend was assisting me. She genuinely cares about women and their success, which is what makes her excel in her field.
