I would like to get a refund for the mask or receive a replacement for the one that I bought. The mask that was sent had been used. The cords and the mask itself did not come wrapped in plastic. They had been thrown in the box without ties; and the mask itself had makeup on it. As well, the moisturizing gel had previously been opened and the top of the box had been completely ripped off. Some of the gel has been taken from the bottle. I am hoping to at least get return postage. Because we are facing COVID-19, I have to be very careful because I am a person who is in a high risk group.

I love this mask! The only thing is, it’s a bit heavy for my face when using the head strap it comes with, so I use it without. I truly feel it is doing wonders to my skin. The lights are bright, and plenty so definitely working. Thumbs up to Project E Beauty! To add to this I would like them to come out with one for the chest as well.
