I'm loving this device so much! I've been using it consistently for about 2 weeks (as of July 3 2025), and already notice significant improvement in my skin. The color/ tone is more even and the redness in my cheeks has been noticeably improved thanks to the green and yellow lights. The red light has made a noticeable difference in my wrinkles - both fine lines and deep ones, which is even more than I expected. My nasolabial folds look like they did about 8 years ago, and they're still improving. I have been so surprised how well it works. I'm very happy with this purchase. I have the LightAura Plus LED Face and Neck Mask.

Ordered an item which unfortunately was faulty. I contacted customer support via email and their response was immediate. They were so helpful and I had a replacement item sent out quickly. Probably the best customer service I've had in many years!

I love my LED Mask - ordered iz last year. sadly my control device broke/was not working recently so I contacted their Support and I got super fast and friendly help to replace my control device. Everything went super smooth and I can use my LED Mask again. Very very happy with this Brand and Company, especially with their Customer Support - always there for you :)

I have not received my order...have no idea where its is at this stage .....can someone contacty me urgently

I like that the face & body brush is waterproof( to a degree) and I am able to use it in the shower for a consistent face & body wash routine. The different size brush, & silicone brush work very well. I do want to know how to reorder new brushes. Directions say replace every 3 months. I would also enjoy a brush option that was a little more stiff for dry brushing skin. I think that would be an amazing option to go with this product! On the whole it’s fantastic!

They overcharged my credit card, cancelled the order, then refunded me only the lesser amount they should have charged me in the first place. They are denying that they took the extra money from my account saying maybe it was foreign currency fees, when it was all charged and paid for in Australian dollars. I have also called my bank to confirm there were no fees from my bank and have had to dispute the transaction. Even if there was fees, a cancellation of the transaction by them would have also cancelled the fees. There are scammers.
