They sent me the wrong item and then they charged me for shipping it back.

Love the product. Instructions for assembling, disassembling and storing are not clear. The box says you can disassemble and store. The Instruction booklet clearly says "do not disassemble". So which is it?

I've only had my product the Lumalux Dome for a couple of months. I really can't give an honest review because I am working on a large area and have not seen any results yet, but I will update when I do.

The order process was easy and I received my product quickly. I haven't been using my mask long enough to tell you how it works, but it is comfortable to wear and easy to use. Time will tell if I get the results I hope for.

This company truly shocked me in their outstanding customer service and communication. I didn’t even think that in this day and age there were any companies that existed in the world that returned messages immediately, responded to the actual questions and even made a point to follow up with me consistently., I was shocked! I’m the project E user since 4 years. I love their all products and service is excellent than IPHONES. They reply promptly , never ever delay in their promises . Too good 👍 5- stars.
