I love using this thing. There’s something about putting a medical grade custom device in your mouth that is designed to clean some pretty tough spots. A delight to use

Product is very good & would have given 5 stars, but the Dr office scan & delivery of it to Proclaim was well over month long & had to email Proclaim asking where’s the unit? Then they received the scan from a local dentist about week later & 2 weeks later it was delivered. So, it was about 2 months from order date to delivery date. Otherwise, follow up by Proclaim etc has been good & timely.

This device is a game changer for teeth cleaning. It is so much easier to use than a Waterpik so I use it after every meal and before bed. With the Waterpik, I would not use if busy or tired. But this is so easy and fast to use.

For a first generation product this is great. I would like to see future versions have a smaller base unit, but the machine works great. The scanning process was easy. My teeth feel very clean each time I use the product.

Thank you for your review, James! We're so glad to hear that the process went smoothly and that Proclaim is leaving your gums feeling squeaky-clean. We appreciate your feedback in regards to the size, and will certainly keep that in mind for the future!
The unit is so nice, it does exactly what they said it would and more. I’ve never been a great flosser and knew I needed to improve in that area especially since I had two molers pulled that could not be salvaged. I was informed that if I did not improve my flossing I would loose more so I ordered the Proclaim unit and began using it. Now my periodontist says my teeth and gums are improving and shouldn’t have any more issues. Thank you Proclaim

Timely delivery for a customized product. The "flosser" itself is "meh". Not the level of power expected. About the same cleaning result as swishing my mouth with water.
