Ignoring my communication requests

I had to contact someone to confirm my address because I wasn't sure why my order was taking so long to ship, but otherwise I had a great experience ordering! I don't have a PCP at the moment so PRJKT RUBY made the entire process really easy.

Amazing and easy to use!

Honestly wish I could give a 0 star review. One of the WORST!!! companies I’ve ever dealt with. Their customer service is lazy and is no help what’s so ever. I was sent two packages I wasn’t supposed to receive and when I wanted a refund they denied me my money back. It’s not the customers fault they fail to take note of every call. DONT BUY FROM THEM!!!!!!!

I submitted the online health questionnaire and a local doctor reviewed it and approved my prescription. It shipped the same day and I received it just 2 days later. This is such an easy to use service!

Prjkt Ruby has been a lifesaver for me. I have a condition that makes my periods painful and debilitating, but I also have bad anxiety and fear of doctors. Prjkt Ruby has made it possible for me to get the medicine I need without the panic and stress that a doctor visit causes. Also I need to give a shout out to the customer service. They listened to my concerns and answered all of my questions with compassion. They even helped me weigh my options and choose the pill that was right for me!

Remarkably fast process time, slightly shady but very kind and thorough "Doctor" calls you to legitimize this whole process. Now comes the real test, if the birth control (brand name Lutera, not a generic) through the mail stops pregnancy. YOLO. Wish me luck for trusting my fellow humans. If this works out I will be so pleased.
