Pretty much a Godsend. Especially with my last/most current experience, I was trying to think of what I could do as a customer to show my appreciation (besides sharing their service to others) and I thought this could be the next best thing. Where to start. It feels like help is quick to arrive on Livechat when it is available. You're always talking to a real person and the help is so personalized. I love that you're able to connect to a pharmacist for questions, live chat and over the phone. If they're busy they'll tell you up front and give you a timeframe or offer a callback from the pharmacist. They're quick to follow up over the phone with you to confirm your order, make sure it's getting to the right place and if there are any questions on either side regarding my order. I don't have insurance and I don't think their prices are bad; although you do order 3-months at a time which I don't mind. They mail for free and ship to PO Boxes, and their packaging is discreet. Be sure to check your junk mail because sometimes their emails fall into there. But you can check messages they've sent you on their website as well. I haven't had much luck seeing if My replies or emails go through, but again, their Livechat staff is amazing and over the phone as well. (Reposted because it seems I jumped the gun on leaving a review before getting an invitation to!)

Wonderful! I do wish the site was a bit easier to change your info on though...had to change billing info and it would have been easier to change it on the site rather than over the phone.
