I have never had a bad experience with PRJKT RUBY in the 2+ years I have been with them. The consultations are comfortable and thorough without feeling invasive. Shipments arrive on time and I am notified whenever there’s been a change in prescription with any known issues when changing birth controls (the only time was due to manufacturing changes). I always recommend this service to people.

It’s real easy to order birth control through the app and it’s very affordable. My only comment is that I wish you could call the pharmacist to get a prescription on your time and not wait for them to call you. Other than that, everything is great and customer service is wonderful.

Easy to obtain. This really helps as I lost my job, lost health insurance, and Planned parenthood was awful to me. Nice to know I have options and someone cares about my health.
