Thank you for sharing your feedback with us! All of our collection sites are first-come first-serve, with most patients getting tested in under 30 minutes. If there is a long wait, we can always send you to another local facility without having to change your lab order. Thank you for sharing this feedback with us. We're sorry to hear that your visit to the PSC was not up to our standards. Although we are a separate company, we entrust Quest Diagnostics to fulfill our lab orders quickly and professionally. Any instance where there is a question about how our patients are received at the collection site, we notify the appropriate administrators at Quest so corrective action can be taken. Our goal is to provide nothing less than 5-star service to all of our patients, and that includes the actual testing experience itself.
