I received great customer service from Priority Meds. They provided my GLP1 meds on time each month at a great price. When I no longer needed medication they refunded some of my money. great to deal with

The online support team was very responsive when I had questions. Quickly responded to me e-mails. The product did just what I was hoping for, and I would recommend giving it a try.

I’m rating this a 5 on my conversations with Melvin. He was the only one who brought a timely and favorable outcome to a 3.5 week ordeal. Other than that, my multiple interactions sucked!

It started out great. I liked the crystallized medication from my first shipment and Paid for a full year. I received 6 months in advance. Then it was the pre-formulated liquid. Did not seem to work as well. I then noticed I only got 3 vials the next time, but paying for a full year. I travel a lot and having to coordinate my trips with shipments was not ideal. Then I shopped around and got a much better price. I tried to cancel in the 14 day windows, but it would not let me. I then contacted customer service and was helped by Melvin M., who was fantastic.

Since I started with priority meds it has a whirlwind meaning from the first day I was loosing weight each and every day that I got down to the weight I wanted within a week and if I had been doing something on my own it would take me months. This morning Sam was real professional and he knew what he was talking about and gave me the information I wanted and needed. I will possibly continue with priority meds after my three months. Priority Meds is a well ran customer service oriented company. Their staff is very helpful, knowledgeable and polite. Everything I would want for my weight losing attempt was 100% met by the customer service team and the medical staff. I last dealt with Melvin M who was compassionate, very helpful while displaying professionalism. He not only helped me resolve a problem he also provided information for future use. If there was a 10 star review I would give them a 10! Excellent company to deal with! By the way, I lost 40 lbs in 5 months and I’m 78 years old!

Canceled the subscription but still being charged after multiple text messages and emails confirmed I would no longer be charged. Then they ask me why I don't want to keep the membership. Total ripoff!!! This is a legimate review! Your company would not cancel my subscription and made me wait for a call from the Cancellation and Refund department. The problem is that department does not have a phone number for the customer to call. I waited 3 days for this call and then was harassed with sales offers to continue the subscription. Still think the review is fake? Check out their multiple complaints on BBB and Reddit. Don't sign up with this company and expect a hassle free exit. They are attempting to have bad reviews removed by calling them "fake." Please do your research first. No one has tried to contact me but to make it easier and allow this review to stay posted...
