The Printivity team were a pleasure to work with on a critical project with only 48hrs to complete. Very easy to reach them fast, walk through and ensure our files and project were set up ready so that nothing would hold up our ability to get what we needed in time.

We've been using Printivity for our printing projects for years, and they continue to impress us every time. Our latest order arrived on time, looked absolutely fantastic, and met the high quality we've come to expect. What really stood out this time was the outstanding customer service. We ran into an unexpected billing issue that could have easily delayed our order, but Megan went above and beyond to make sure everything stayed on track. She coordinated with their software team, left detailed notes for the rest of the team, called me back, and made the entire process as smooth as possible. Thanks to her proactive communication and dedication, our order wasn't disrupted at all. It's rare to find a company that consistently delivers both exceptional print quality and exceptional customer service. Ordering process, completion time and delivery were all good. I've received feedback from several people that the booklets they received have ink blots on some of the pages, so I would rate the overall quality lower.
