The printed pieces look great. However, I had to explain one folded piece something like 7 times to customer service before you got it right.

My experience was A+ My order as processed quick and the customer service was top tier. The books were beautiful and arrived right on time. My overall experience was ideal and I will defiantly be using Printivity again.

Horrible! Disappointed! Would never recommend 👎🏾 Ordered 5 books and received all copies without the book cover (front,back, and spine / nothing) The manuscript was sent as the actual book! How in the hell a credible publishing company make such a massive mistake as this?? In order to get a refund, I need to send back their errors! I paid for expedited expenses to receive mess! Don’t use this company. Save your money and avoid the stress, headache, and disappointment!

Excellent service! I was so very impressed with the turnaround times, clear processes, and effective communication. A couple times I was unclear on next steps, and I was able to clarify things with a quick phone call to customer service who was always able to help. I’ve been recommending Printivity to others!
