Sometimes shipping delays happen unexpectedly, and unfortunately, since we use a third-party carrier, they’re beyond our direct control. We reached out to offer a 50% refund for the 3 shirts as a sincere apology, and we truly hope that helps make up for the inconvenience. Just as a heads-up for the future: production usually takes 3–5 working days, and standard shipping takes 8–10 business days. To be on the safe side, we recommend placing your order at least 3 weeks ahead of your event—or feel free to contact us about upgrading to expedited shipping, which only takes 3–5 business days to arrive.
