Ordered supplements from them that were never delivered. Support said they did their "due diligence" and shipped it. They then told me I should've paid for their shipping insurance and to pay for it next time. They refused to follow up with USPS or to help with the situation. There will be no next time. I disputed the charges and they gave me a refund. Good luck with your shady business practices
