This company offers great services for reasonable prices. We like the option to paying Bitcoin. Whenever we have a server question or concern, they are always able to resolve it immediately! I'd highly recommend Primcast to anyone looking for hosting services!

Terrible customer service, promised services not delivered, overall terrible experience, nothing even works.

0. They promised they will configure my server in 2 weeks but it took them a month. 1. They invoiced me several days too early 2. They didn't inform me about the invoice. 3. After few days they send me an email that I have unpaid invoice. 4. I contacted them immediately (15 minutes). I asked why they invoiced me too early. I was waiting for the answer while they turned off my production server. Strongly NOT RECOMMENDED.
