I ordered wines that were advertised online. I called to ask when I could pick up the order and the person who answered the phone said they had not come in yet, but they would call me when they did so that I could make the pickup. They did not call me. I called again the following week and was told that my order was ready.

This was our first experience with Prima Vini Wine. After we placed an order it became apparent that it would be difficult to ship our order to Montana given the current high temperatures between Walnut Creek and Sheridan, Montana. As a result we asked to cancel our order. The folks at Prima Vini were very understanding and agreed to our request and the return of our payment. After the weather cools, we will again place orders with this merchant.
