Your service was exceptional, however FedEx delivery was terrible. For 3 days I received messages from FedEx to expect delivery. As signature was required, we stayed home for 3 days. My neighbor who belongs to a wine club has the same experience with FedEx. Perhaps you want to choose a different carrier

I ordered online and was in touch with someone at the store to help me who told me about an upcoming sale and was very helpful. I wasn't sure what this place was all about but they're very friendly, helpful and have a great selection.
