Wrong license plate
After many attempts to resolve my issue I was finally able to talk to a human. Her name is Kimberly and she was very helpful and professional. She understood my frustration and was kind and did exactly as she said she would. Kudos and thanks to Kimberly. The reason for I only gave 4 stars has nothing to do with Kimberly but everything to do with trying to talk to an actual person. The way Admiral is set up is terrible.
