Thank you for your review. We take product authenticity and safety extremely seriously. Every item we sell is genuine, factory‑sealed, and sourced directly from the manufacturer. We do not carry counterfeit, altered, or repackaged products under any circumstance. This reviewer previously expressed full satisfaction with the products and their performance. The only concern ever communicated to us was a request for lower pricing, which we do not negotiate. Our pricing is based on manufacturer and supply‑chain conditions, not individual demands. We remain fully confident in the authenticity of our inventory and the consistency of our service. Our focus is on customers who value legitimate products and transparent business practices.
