My buying experience with Preet's Barrel was very smooth. The price was great! They communicated with me as soon as they received my order and communicated with me when my order was shipped which was next day. I received a well packed order that was safe and sound.

First shipment was sent with two of two wrong bottles. Second shipment was two of three bottles wrong. I have sent pictures of bottles and box label as per request. I have sent four emails, a phone call, and text with no response. It has been over two weeks since first shipment.

Ordered four different bottles of whiskey, and they sent me three correct ones, but the fourth was a duplicate of another bottle. So I called them and they said that they would send me a label to send it back, figured that wouldn't take too long. But still waiting.
