Preet's BarrelReviews of preetsbarrel.com

I paid 3xs the msrp for a 200 ml barrel that leaked out in packaging, wasn’t even in bubble wrap for protection, had a sheet inside plastic wrap that was soaked in alcohol? Messaged owners both times no reply! Will be the last time I deal with this museum price shop! Buyers beware! They don’t care, only want to rob you on prices! This will be the last and final time I ever use this museum shop. Shady people.

I received my order today and I am disappointed to say the least. The label is damaged and was obviously damaged prior to it begin wrapped up for shipping as the piece that is missing was not found in the shipping/wrapping material. The label also to have some dripped on it and the bottle on the front above Bill's head. The label is also lightly damaged on the side with all of the family pictures, although I would not have even bothered about it if this was all that was wrong. Also, it appears that the bottle I received is not the bottle that was shown in the picture as it is also signed by Bill Samuels, Jr. As you know the value is in the label and with it being damaged it is worth significantly less money. I sent an email with pictures to the staff email on the order confirmation as well.

This was some of the worst packaging i've seen, and I also only got half of my order. I'm shocked the contents didn't get damaged during shipping, but maybe that's where the others went...

3 weeks later, still haven’t received my “label created” at ups package. Can’t get a reply from the website.

This bottle was 4xs the msrp price? Paid over 400.00 and it sells for 100.00 msrp? I way over paid like everything in this store!

I ordered two Johnny Walker bottles for two different Chinese New Year Animals. It took over a month for my order to actually be shipped. Once it was shipped one of the bottles I received was wrong. It then took a few weeks for me to get someone to reply to my request for a return so I can get the correct bottle I ordered. After I returned the wrong bottle I never received the correct one. I finally had to threaten a credit card dispute so I could get a refund for the one bottle. Absolutely terrible experience ever step of the way.

I still have not received my order. Its been over 2 weeks.

Hello, I ordered two bottles of Hendricks other Gin and one bottle of Drumshanbo for a present for a family member. I only recieved 1 bottle of each. I was refunded the money without the option to resend the missing bottle. I think it may have something do with Preets not wanting to spend the money on the free shipping of the third bottle could of got a bigger box. I think they should of send me my third bottle via free shipping or asked me if I wanted to make a larger order for additional free shipping. Dont assume for your customers
