Power WizardReviews of powerwizard.com

Signed up with Power Wizard with the understanding that the end result should be to SAVE ME MONEY. After doing so they promptly moved me to a different company not bothering to include any potential end-of-contract fees in their calculations. Now I am stuck with a $500+ cancelation fee from my original provider.

Ok, you can have the $8 and change. Fact is, you can't have 2 electric power companies at the same time. When one company began, the other automatically ends. You can research and find that the end date was, March 8th even without my saying it but, ok if that's the way you want to go and if you keeping $8 if more important to you than the customer (me) on a disability salary! I'll share this on your reviews.

Very dissatisfied and not helpful to what I thought I signed for.

it is impossible to get through to customer service. I was on hold 90 minutes, and finally just hung up.

Purchased annual subscription two months before my energy contract was due. They did manage the contract change to the lowest cost provider with a 12 month contract. (something Icould have done but ok I didn't have to.) Been 45 days. Still can't use the dashboard on the website to determine my savings. Reached out to support. Still not correction after about 30 days. Poor support communication. To rub salt into the wound they began offering first year free about the sametime as my problems started. I suggested they make that offer to me. That idea was ignored.
