Called three times regarding the status of my merchandise and each time I was told my product will arrive "next week" - and each time I checked my mail nothing was there! Horrible customer service.

Both the girls were quite frustrated when they tried to use the pressure cooker for the first time. One is a school teacher and the other has double degrees. They found the directions very difficult to follow and illogical. I have not tried to use it, yet. Since I have experience with the old fashion kind and a canner, it will be interesting for me to try to use it. Perhaps this old trained nurse will show them up.

I called for a replacement chopper because it has bent blades and the inner pot has scratches. I was told when I Called after I received the cooker that replacement would be sent out. Its been about 4 months ago. I also have a 6 year warranty, with no idea how service is going to be if I need to use it. I don't even know who or how to contact for service.

The power pressure xl cooker works just great. It cooked a 6 lb. pork picnic roast to perfection in just 1 hour. Real happy with it. It also didn't heat up the kitchen.

I made the lasagne on a day it was 110 degrees and humid. Can't believe it. I've used it every day since then and it is the best thing in my kitchen, and sits in a place of honor on my counter. Thank you so much. P.S., the rice pilaf is fabulous.

The wait for it to be shipped was so delayed that we had to leave the US and come back to Canada before it was shipped.. UPS left it in our carport so I guess a neighbour is the proud owner of a pressure cooker.. I will never order anything from you again!!

but it took too long to get. weeks.

This cooks very fast and we eat very healthy meals. Love it.
