When I'm out and about and people ooh and ahh over my phone case, or ipad I always steer them to powermax.com. They have great prices and great service.

I bought a used iPhone, and could not wait to activate. Seated in my truck, I went to open the minute tray on which the sim chip was to be inserted. And discovered that there were no limit tabs on the little tray to prevent it from completely exiting the iPhone. Which it did. Disappearing into the space somewhere down where the seat belt holster lay up against the side of the seat. Into an Alternate Universe - never to be seen again. NOBODY sells these, even Apple! Some how sales rep Maiya Kennedy was able to locate one for me. That was worth a lest TEN Atta Girl!

EVERYONE at Powermax has a cheerful voice; even when they are swamped. If there was a poor business model if would have revealed itself by the third (flawless) transaction. I don't want people I don't know coming to my house to buy my old computer. Powermax solves that!!

I wish you would add to your products a born on date.I bought a ProMac with to much thermal grease,Dripped down Wipeing out the power supply.Straning everything. Your repair was i believe was $1200.Came back with multiple problems,including a noisy Hardrive.Which was 6 years old.Myia did what she could.Warranty out, i bought another ProMac,seems to be OK. I now have close to $3000, in a 6 year old Computer. Some fault is Apple computers are to damn expensive.This computer was about $4500 new.PowerMax Did the best they could due.

I originally was looking for a webcam that was intended to be connected to an old eMac about three years ago now, when I landed on Powermax's website. I poked around on the site a bit, and was surprised to see a company with such a sense of humor. Upon further digging, I saw the honest side of Powermax. I decided to place my order. When I got the item, it was not compatible with my eMac so I returned it. There were no questions asked. Some time later, while I was in college, I decided to contact them again, this time in the market for a MacBook Air. I was surprised how the last person I had spoken with concerning the return of the webcam was right there to assist me in the purchase, and it arrived in pristine condition! Eventually, the MacBook Air no longer suited my needs, and I sold it. But, I did not hesitate in calling Heidi to discuss the purchase of the iMac in which I'm typing this review on. I HAVE, and I WILL CONTINUE to recommend Powermax to anyone in the market for a Mac.
