I receintly had a very good experience and customer service purchasing a special order MacMini for my media center. I bought my first computer, an iBook, from Powermax in September 2001 and have been buying Mac's of all kinds since. I have always had great customer service from Powermax.

The staff and my sales person are excellent! 5 out of 5 Stars. The average with some friction is on the Mac Mini, Had it a week and the OS locked up on startup. I had to reinstall the OS to get it working again. No error message to tell me what caused the lock up.

Cannot say enough about how positive my experience has been working with the friendly, knowledgeable people at PowerMax. I have made several purchases through PowerMax and I am always pleased with results. Everyone is knowledgeable, helpful, and they go out of their way to make sure that I am buying exactly what I want and need!! Nothing less than five stars for this great company!

The staff was very helpful and didn't try to over sell me something out of my budget. I was blown away how nice the IMac was when I received it. Thank you

POWERMAX - I continue to do my shopping for Apple products with POWERMAX. The wide selection of the latest products is unmatched. But it is POWERMAX friendly & knowledgeable customer service, on all the services they provide, that truly sets them apart. If you have tried the rest... it's time you tried the best... in the business - POWERMAX!!

I bought an iMac retina and am please. The overall process could have been better but I had to wire them money as I was first time buyer and for some reason their system didn't want my Amex as form of payment. The rep asked me a few questions to figure out if it was a good card but all the questions were more than 20 years old so obviously some information didn't match up. Overall I'm happy but the process could have been a little easier if there was an ability to configure the machine via a web portal and pay online instead of having to talk to a person.
