The computer I bought was as stated on the website. When I did have dealings with people in the company it was pleasant and professional. They do their best to provide good, reliable and consistent service.

I highly recommend PowerMax (Powermax.com) for your Mac needs. The people are very knowledgable and helpful. They can, and have, quickly been able to customize a Mac and get it shipped out to me without much notice as their day comes to a close. I could not be any happier with a company.

I purchased an ipad 2nd generation online and was notified by Heidi via email with an apology that they were out of stock . Instead of stopping there they sent information on others I might be interested in. When we worked out that I truly wanted an ipad 2nd generation they kept in contact with me and let me know as soon as they got one. They were awesome at staying in touch and making sure I was happy with the purchase. I was referred to Powermax by a friend. He had indicated how great of a business they were but I had no idea how easy and great they really would be. This company is truly all about costumer service. They sent me detailed pictures as soon as they had the ipad available and offered to send my package even sooner than I had originally set it up for if I wanted to purchase. I recieved the ipad and it is great! I can't say enough about powermax. A LOT of company's could take notes from powermax about costumer service! Truly above and beyond for the costumer!!

I recently lost a 2009 iMac to a motherboard failure. It was a beauty that was faithful for 5 years+. Powermax came through like a champ with a reasonably priced 2011 iMac 27. I had considered downsizing to a 21 but am happy I stayed with the larger -easy on your eyes- 27". It has been 3 weeks and I couldn't be happier with the result. PowerMac met all their promises and came through with a fantastic used machine. Why would anyone buy new? I tried a less expensive "new" Mini Mac but was extremely disappointed in its slowness. Did Mac really build that? Luckily, I was able to return it. Next a friend hooked me up with a Dell and a super 24/7 warranty to answer my many questions and solve any problems (a great service). It lasted one day before being taken over by viruses (I couldn't do anything productive). After two more days fixing and getting all of the viruses back, I renewed my search for a good used/affordable iMac. Boy am I glad I found PowerMax. They will be my supplier if I ever need to do anything Mac again.

I am an elderly person who was a bit anxious about purchasing an IPhone and the salesperson was so kind and understanding that I felt much more comfortable while talking with her. I am very pleased with the quality of the used phone that I purchased. I was recommended to Powermax by my son who has been buying phones and trusts the merchandise and the service provided by them.

I needed a battery for my older model Macbook and was very happy to find that Powermax had them in stock, as I was having a difficult time finding one and the Apple Store no longer carries them. When I had a question I was able to call and talk to an actual person rather than having to leave a voicemail for someone to call me back. The best part though is that I needed to have the battery shipped to an address that was different than my billing address so they called to verify that it was in fact me placing the order and that my card was not stolen! I have never had a company do this before and I will be purchasing from Powermac in the future and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a trustworthy company selling tech items!
