I was asked these questions by PowerMax after they gave me an amazing deal on a new custom 5K iMac.Love it and loved their service and care to the order. 1. On a scale of 1-10 (10 being the best), how would you rate the product(s) you purchased thus far? [mh] The experience was great, Heidi was very helpful. The overall cost was a pretty fair savings for getting a custom built iMac. Very happy. You even gave a good discounted saving for installing cheaper RAM. So your team gets a resounding ’10’! 2. On a scale of 1-10 (10 being the best), how likely would you be to refer PowerMax to someone else? [mh]I would in a heartbeat, you have a lifelong supporter now. Get better care then going to a Apple Store, and they do pretty good at service. So once again a ’10’ for referrals ... 3. Are there any suggestions you would have for PowerMax to make your shopping experience even better? [mh] Hmmmm…Nothing that comes to mind. Your team seems like a group of over achievers and determined to help out in any way. Its great to know there are still companies like that. I now have a dream Mac at a discounted price, what more can I ask for. You all took very good care of me from beginning to end. Thanks and you get one more ’10’, just for good measure. PowerMax is awesome, you won't regret the decision to g with them for your Mac needs.

I had quite a bit of questions for Joe when I called seeing as this was going to be my first Mac. I never once through our 3 or so phone calls felt rushed or like I was an inconvenience it was like he was sitting across the table from me giving me his undivided attention, that's hard to find anywhere these days. Thank you so much for all your help and patience.

I am very thrifty; this often leads to compromises when I purchase older/refurbished/used products. The iPhone 4S I recently bought from Powermax is PRISTINE. Like new. Unmarred. Michelle Ryther was very helpful - she answered my numerous questions, and when it was time to place the order she was very careful that the shipment should be securely tracked and received. I appreciated all that very much.

I've bought almost all of my Macs from Powermax. I love their trade in program, where you receive a great trade in value for your old hardware and don't have the hassle of trying to sell it yourself.. The people I have dealt with in my experiences with them keep me coming back. As I don't have a Apple store locally, I have found that the "resellers" that are in my area have quite terrible service and really don't care one way or the other.. So I usually visit the local reseller, look at the hardware I want, (No one usually speaks to me or asks me if I need any assistance....), then I contact Heidi at Powermax, she helps me out with the details, options and I order from her. With the great people, competitive pricing and the trade in program, it's a no brainer. I will be back again.. I guarantee it. Thanks!
