When the video card on my iMac went out I called Powermax to inquire about a repair. I was not surprised to learn the repairs would cost more than my iMac was worth. I went to Powermax to shop for a new iMac. What a different experience than at the Apple store. We got our first Mac in the 1980s and have been Apple users since. But Powermax is a much quieter and lower key experience--no crowds, no waiting. The staff at Powermax is knowledgeable and helpful without pushing a purchase. We have had other computers repaired at Powermax; this will not be our last purchase there. I also appreciate they will wipe the memory and recycle my old computer. I highly recommend Powermax if you need a repair or are looking for an Apple product.

Always thought... quality, speed, cost. Choose two (if you are lucky), but you can't have all three. That is until I dealt with Powermax!

They call you to be sure you know what you are buying. Imagine that- someone calls you on the phone!

Requested a computer at $X, and was offered a more expensive computer for my review and acceptance. Not a good thing to do. I made the correction to what I wanted and was able to afford to buy.
