This is the third Mac computer I've purchased from Powermax. I'm very happy with the presales support and the speed of delivery (I received my order the next day with free shipping).

I've dealt with PowerMax three times now, and every time I was treated with courtesy by a person who knew exactly what I needed and how to solve my problem. The products I ordered came well-packaged two or three days after I ordered, and everything has worked beautifully. Here's just one example. I called because my old black laptop was at the point it needed a new hard-drive. I was ready to chuck it and just buy a new laptop, but the man I spoke with (Joe) told me if I wanted to save money and put off buying a new laptop for a few years, I could simply buy a new hard-drive and put it in. Along with the hard-drive he sent an email with a url to a video that showed exactly how to take out the old hard-drive and put the new one in. For just the price of a hard-drive, I had the use of that faithful old laptop for another four years. This company is the best of ANY that I have dealt with when it comes to professional help and polite treatment, and I highly recommend them to anyone who wants to buy or who needs help with anything Mac.

Im deployed and broke my iPhone. They had a great deal on used ones. Placed order and went to sleep. Woke up to an email asking to verify blah blah, please call us @..., since being sent to an APO (Military address). Immediately my blood began to boil as this is always a painful process. I sent off an email stating that I was deployed and phone calls arent that easy and can you verify with my wife @ ***-***-****. Within a few mins I got a personal reply saying it was no problem. She spoke with my wife, was VERY VERY courteous and had a total common sense approach to my situation. Trust me, this isnt how everyone operates. Many other companies are not his personal nor organized. Phone was in perfect shape. Boxed extremely well. This review is all about the company. Anyone can sell you a piece of hardware. This company obviously spent time on customer service.

Heidi was my main point person for my purchasing experience. Her, and a guy named Ben, also helped me with my trade in since I had an old MacBook Pro I wanted to get some money for. Heidi was always quick and courteous with her responses. She even responded to me on weekends, late during the night, to give me updates on my orders. Heidi is a great example of how awesome PowerMax is. If you ever are in the market for Apple products, go through these guys! Everything is Apple authentic and delivered in the fastest time possible.

In the thousands of items I've bought online, I have never had a "personal rep" contact me & respond to my email!! What a surprise and truly a wonderful personal touch... made me feel like I wasn't just another "anonymous buyer" and I had a REAL person to contact (not just the company in general) if I needed help with anything (which I did not). Site is easy to navigate, prices are competitive, and my new iMac arrived in record time, double packed for safety. I am truly impressed with Powermax and will continue to shop there as needed and will most certainly spread the word to my friends.
