I ordered a 2013-vintage MacBook Pro to replace a machine that was failing due to a logic board/GPU issue. I didn't want to spend major bucks on a brand new machine because Apple will soon announce a major MacBook redesign and I didn't want to buy a new product at the very end of its life cycle. So instead, I bought a 3+ year old machine from Powermax, and it was a great decision. The buying experience was easy and the machine feels like a brand new computer. It was in perfect condition and arrived ready to go, with the version of the operating system (10.8.5) installed that I was expecting.

Joe Inman was very knowledge, responded promptly, my order was processed flawlessly.

The Powermax team was very friendly on the phone and quick to help when my time machine transfer corrupted the new computer. They had me back up and going right away!
